Refund Policy for Kakkoe.com

At Kakkoe.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Some products may be exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or sale items. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at kakkoe.shop@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over 100 USD, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
